POP JAWS : Same POP Jaws (one-piece solid jaws ) for external and internal gripping. No valuable time is wasted in looking for Reverse jaws. This cuts down the time. While reversing the POP jaws, Forward jaw No. 3 (F3) becomes Reverse jaw No. 1(R1),Forward jaw No. 2 (F2) remains as As Reverse jaw No. 2 (R2) and Forward jaw No. 1 (F1) becomes Reverse Jaw No. 3 (R3).

STANDARD SOFT JAWS: POP Jaws can easily be converted into Standard Soft Jaws by just bolting soft jaws upon the POP Jaws (hard jaws ).Hard POP jaws are already provided with threaded holes. Soft jaws chuck can be used for turning jobs with almost Zero Error because all error like of spindle, chuck and chuck mounting are eliminated, For gripping Jobs of non - ferrous metals, soft jaws true chuck is most suitable to avoid dent - marks and slippage.

LARGE SOFT JAWS: Large Soft Jaws (collect type ) can be easily fitted upon the POP Jaws .These Jaws are used for destortion free clamping of maximum diameter of job particularly having thin wall thickness. Very close repetitive turning accuracy can be achieved with almost Zero Error.

STANDARD TRUE CHUCK : Regular standard THREE JAWS true chuck with three Forward jaws and 3 Reverse Jaws are also available. Regular standard FOUR JAWS true chucks with 4 Forward Jaws and 4 Reverse Jaws are also available.

  • Pinions are from Ni-Cr-Mo. alloy steel duly hardened and ground with generated Coniflex teeth. Hardeness 42 HRc to 47 HRc.
  • Body made from high-strength semi - steel iron. Hardness exceeding 180 BHN at 3000 kg load.
  • Very easy to mount Soft - Jaws. Soft - Jaws available at very Economic Rates.
  • Nylon - plug jaws are provided as free of cost to make the True Chucks almost dust proof.
  • Accuracy as per ISI Standard 2876 - 1978.
